About Me

Real, down-to-earth, and here for you

My own colourful and complex journey is what led me to this profession. I know what it means to feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down—and I also know the power of having a safe space where you can finally exhale.

I worked in the corporate world before retraining as a counsellor, so I especially understand the pressures of juggling different areas of your life. I offer a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you don't need to censor yourself or worry about being judged.

You can bring your humour, your anger, your sadness, your confusion—whatever you're carrying. You are welcome exactly as you are.
