How I Can Help
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone.
Tailored Support for Your Needs
Anxiety
General anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety and patterns of overthinking. Together, we'll explore what triggers your anxiety, how past experiences may be shaping your current responses, and practical strategies that may help you feel more grounded and in control.
Depression
Low mood, loss of motivation, or feelings of hopelessness. We'll gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work together to find a path forward.
Stress
Whether related to work, relationships, family, or life transitions. Having spent many years in the corporate world, I understand the pressure of constant demands and the feeling that nothing you do is ever quite enough.
Life Transitions
Retirement, relocation, becoming a parent, or career change. These shifts can stir up unexpected emotions, and therapy offers space to make sense of them.
Neurodiversity
As a neuro-affirmative trained counsellor, I support neurodivergent individuals and family members. I work with feelings around acceptance, shame, regret, focus difficulties, and self-criticism, helping you develop self-understanding and more compassionate ways of relating to yourself.
Perinatal Mental Health
Support during pregnancy, after birth, and throughout the postpartum period, including anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and identity shifts.
Loss, Grief & Bereavement
Whether your grief is recent or long-standing, we'll work at your pace to navigate emotions such as sadness, anger, or numbness.
Low Self-Esteem & Self-Doubt
Exploring beliefs around not being "good enough" and how these may be affecting your confidence, relationships, and day-to-day life.
Identity & Culture
For those whose lives span more than one culture, therapy can help you explore identity, belonging, and the complexity of holding multiple cultural influences.

Creative Therapy
Using creative methods alongside talking when words alone don't feel enough—a different way to express and process.
How Therapy Works with Me
I offer a free 15-minute online consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and get a sense of whether we'd work well together. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask any questions you may have about therapy or my approach.
I offer both open-ended and short-term therapy. Open-ended therapy continues for as long as you find it helpful. Short-term therapy usually involves around 12 sessions, with the option to extend if needed.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place weekly at the same time, giving you a consistent and reliable space to focus on yourself.
