Free 15-Minute Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute online consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and get a sense of whether we'd work well together. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask any questions you may have about therapy or my approach.
You don't need to prepare anything or have a clear idea of what you want to talk about—just come as you are. Many people feel nervous before their first consultation, and that's completely natural.
What Sessions Look Like
I offer both open-ended and short-term therapy. Open-ended therapy continues for as long as you find it helpful. Short-term therapy usually involves around 12 sessions, with the option to extend if needed.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place weekly at the same time, giving you a consistent and reliable space to focus on yourself. We'll begin each session wherever you are in that moment—there's no right or wrong way to start.
Over time, we'll build a trusting relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Some sessions might feel emotional, others might feel lighter—both are completely normal and part of the process.
A Warm, Private Space
My therapy room is a quiet, comfortable space in the BR3 area of Southeast London. It's designed to feel calm and welcoming—somewhere you can truly relax and be yourself.
The room is private and confidential. There's no waiting room with other people, no reception desk—just a calm, safe space for you.
Therapy in Motion
Sometimes, sitting in a room isn't what feels right. Walk-and-talk therapy takes place side by side in the green spaces around Bromley, including Norman Park.
There's something powerful about moving your body while working through emotions. The fresh air, the rhythm of walking, and the natural surroundings can all support the therapeutic process.
Walk-and-talk sessions follow the same structure as indoor sessions—50 minutes, weekly, at a regular time. Limited availability.
Therapy From Your Own Space
Online sessions take place via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp video call and are available to clients anywhere in the UK. All you need is a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.
Many clients find online therapy just as effective as in-person work—it offers flexibility and the comfort of being in your own environment. We'll still have the same depth of connection and focus.
