Hello, I'm Lana
BACP-registered integrative counsellor offering a safe, warm space in Southeast London and online.
My Journey to Counselling
My own colourful and complex journey is what led me to this profession. I know what it means to feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down—and I also know the power of having a safe space where you can finally exhale.
Therapy can be a powerful first step toward healing, self-discovery, and long-term emotional wellbeing. Whether you're navigating a difficult moment or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I'll walk alongside you as you move toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected.
The benefits of therapy often extend far beyond moments of crisis—it can strengthen resilience, deepen self-awareness, and enrich your overall quality of life.
I'm real, down-to-earth, and human. And I love dogs. I worked in the corporate world before retraining as a counsellor, so I especially understand the pressures of juggling different areas of your life and how hard it is to do it all.
I offer a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you don't need to censor yourself or worry about being judged. You can bring your humour, your anger, your sadness, your confusion—whatever you're carrying. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Clinical Background
My experience includes working within the NHS IAPT service, counselling agencies, and a secondary school, where I provided therapy to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. During this time, I supported clients with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
I currently work within community counselling services as well as in my private practice, supporting clients with a broad range of emotional and relational difficulties.
I am a trained Neuro Affirmative counsellor and have experience working with children and young people in a secondary school setting, including those who have been formally assessed or who self-identify as neurodivergent. I also support neurodivergent adults and parents - whether formally diagnosed or self-identifying - within adult services.
Across all of these settings, my work has deepened my understanding of societal pressures, cross cultural dynamics, and the unique challenges that shape emotional wellbeing. These experiences inform my warm, inclusive, and collaborative approach to therapy.
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their Ethical Framework. This ensures I practise with professionalism, care and integrity at all times.
My Integrative Approach
My integrative approach means we can draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and tailor our work to what feels most supportive for you. No two people are the same, so your therapy shouldn't be either.
Person-Centred Therapy

Psychodynamic Insight
