Transparency You Can Trust
How I work, handle your data, and uphold your rights.
As a BACP-registered counsellor and data controller, I am committed to transparency, confidentiality, and ethical practice. The documents below set out how I collect and protect your personal information, how long I keep it, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Privacy Policy

GDPR Statement
A summary of my obligations and commitments as a data controller: my ICO registration, the lawful bases I rely on, how I respond to data breaches, and your rights in relation to your personal data.
Data Retention Policy

Appropriate Policy Document
